Co-Founder and Former CEO, The Cronos Group 

Paul Rosen was a co-founder of PharmaCan Capital Corp (now The Cronos Group) and served as President and CEO for three and a half years. He is the founder and Managing Director of BreakWater Venture Capital, a private venture capital fund and advisory based in Toronto. Paul is also the founder, CEO and Chairman of Tidal Royalty Corporation, a financing business focused exclusively on the emerging regulated US cannabis industry.
