Shane joined Cann in December 2018 and is a broadly skilled consumer healthcare, medical device and pharmaceutical sales and marketing executive with a proven record of launching, establishing, and growing businesses/brands/commercial opportunities. Shane currently oversees the Commercial, Cultivation, Manufacturing and R&D programs for Cann.

He has extensive global experience in strategy development, pre-commercialisation planning, medical education and product launch execution for several high value products.

Shane established and lead the Nth American Commercial Operations for Australian start-up company Rhinomed (ASX:RNO) for 3 years and has broad operational experience in a number of therapeutic areas.
