Her career has spanned multiple Fortune 100 companies and start-ups in a wide range of industries. Kara has an MBA in Human Resources & Organizational Behavior and is LinkedIN, PRC, CIR, and CSSR Certified. She also has a Master’s degree in Marketing and Non-Profit Management Administration and sits on the Board of a Global Recruiting organization. Kara is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences in both the Cannabis and HR industries and heads up the NCIA’s Human Resources Committee.
