Ean has a Bachelor of Science, an MBA, and over 20 years corporate finance, investment, and asset management experience across the Asia-Pacific region. Ean has developed advanced skills whilst at Macquarie Capital in M&A, deal structuring, valuation, capital raisings, asset management, and business operations. Whilst based in Hong Kong Ean was an Investment Director for a leading regional private equity fund, and since returning to Australia has focused on the cannabis industry. Currently Ean is actively involved in several private in companies in both Director and leadership roles, and several other listed companies.
