Adele graduated from University College Dublin with a First Class Hons. Masters degree in Social Science in 2002. Adele has seventeen years experience working in a variety of research and social policy roles for highly respected organisations in the C&V sector and the Irish civil service, most recently as a parliamentary researcher with the Houses of the Oireachtas (Irish Parliament), supporting elected members of parliament in their scrutiny of draft legislation.
